About

Torch Studio is a concept music production and distribution platform built around one question: what if affordable and well-designed weren’t opposites? It gives independent creators, podcasters and filmmakers a catalog of royalty-free tracks, loops and stems starting at $0.99. The challenge was making it feel premium without signaling premium pricing.

Who it’s for

Budget-conscious creators who’ve been priced out of mainstream licensing: podcasters, indie filmmakers, students and small content teams. They aren’t looking for a discount. They want a platform that respects their budget without making them feel like second-tier customers.

Challenge

Most music platforms use dark, high-contrast interfaces that signal exclusivity and expense. Torch Studio flips that with a warm, inviting brand that feels trustworthy without looking cheap, and makes honest pricing read as a strength rather than a limitation.

Result

A clear visual identity built on warmth. Amber and cream replace the industry-standard dark look, Fraunces brings editorial personality to the headlines, and every UI decision is anchored in the idea that affordable and quality aren’t at odds.
